A correctly completed, long-lasting project all depends on the type of material we are painting. This step of the project is arguably the most important as preparation work is all about getting the material ready to accept the paint. Doing this is very important because prep work means getting the surface ready. A properly prepared surface means that the paint or coating will adhere to the surface for the entire useful life of the paint material. It is also required by the manufacturer to receive a warranty.

THE PROCESS AND DETAILS OF EVERY EXTERIOR PAINTING PROJECT
During your painting projects we will:
Include as much of the necessary repairs in the initial price as possible by doing a thorough pre-job walk through.
Always provide you with a price per foot in our initial written agreement
Never skip any exterior repairs and always provide you with pictures and a written changes that adhere to the agreed written price per foot
Always follow manufacturer specification for installation
Pressure wash the substrate for an extremely clean and prepared surface unless specifically requested not to.
Always use the appropriate primer for the job to seal the substrate and provide maximum adhesion of the paint to the substrate
Always tape and poly windows and other items not meant to be painted when spraying
Always back roll with additional paint as recommended by the manufacturer
Always caulk the windows and vertical seams.
Always inspect and clear weep holes and horizontal drainage seams
